Service
Maintenance (AMC)
A yearly contract for extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, and sprinklers, with a visit record you can show at inspection.
An AMC is a calendar, not a one-time visit. We list what is installed, agree how many visits a year, and write down faults with a date to close them. Extinguishers are weighed, alarm batteries are checked, hydrant valves are opened, and sprinkler gauges are read. The same file is what a society manager or shop owner needs when the fire department asks for the last service report.
If the building already has part of the system, we start from what is there. Old cylinders are refilled when they are still sound. A pipeline is extended instead of ripped out. After the work, the same scope can sit on an AMC so the next fire check in Dwarka is not a surprise.
