Fire Safety Certificate (NOC)

A fire NOC fails more often on missing papers than on missing pipes. We help owners in New Delhi put the drawing, equipment list, and test notes in one set: extinguisher count, hydrant layout, alarm zones, and exit marking. If something on site does not match the plan — a blocked hose reel, a dead detector — we fix that before the inspection date instead of explaining it afterwards.
If the building already has part of the system, we start from what is there. Old cylinders are refilled when they are still sound. A pipeline is extended instead of ripped out. After the work, the same scope can sit on an AMC so the next fire check in Dwarka is not a surprise.
