Fire Hydrant & Hose Reel
Landing valves, hose boxes, and hose reels placed where a person on that floor can actually reach them.
Hydrants and hose reels are what the fire crew and the building staff use before a tender arrives. We fix landing valves at stair landings, keep hose boxes clear of shutters and AC outdoor units, and run the reel so the hose reaches the far corner of the floor. After fitting, we open the valve and check pressure, then close and tag it.
If the building already has part of the system, we start from what is there. Old cylinders are refilled when they are still sound. A pipeline is extended instead of ripped out. After the work, the same scope can sit on an AMC so the next fire check in Dwarka is not a surprise.
