Erection Pipeline
Fire-fighting pipelines erected for hydrants and hose reels, with joints and a pressure test before the line is painted.
Pipeline work is the backbone of a hydrant system. We set out the route so landing valves sit near staircases and hose reels can reach the floor they are meant to cover. Pipes are cut, threaded or welded as the drawing requires, supported so they do not sag, and tested for leaks. In occupied buildings in Palam and Dwarka we work in stretches so shops and flats are not shut for the whole day.
If the building already has part of the system, we start from what is there. Old cylinders are refilled when they are still sound. A pipeline is extended instead of ripped out. After the work, the same scope can sit on an AMC so the next fire check in Dwarka is not a surprise.
