A fire NOC is a check that the building can be left by people and fought by a crew. The file should show the plan: where the stair is, where extinguishers sit, where the hydrant and hose reel are, and how the alarm zones are split. On site, those things have to match the paper. A hose reel blocked by a shutter, a detector with no power, or a pump that has not been started in a year will be written up. A&S Engineering’s NOC support is practical. We walk the building in Dwarka or elsewhere in New Delhi, list what is missing, do the supply or pipeline work that is actually required, and put the test notes with the drawing. We do not promise a certificate by itself. The fire service issues that. We make the installation and the file ready for the visit.
